The Adapted Sports Hub Trust evolved from the partnership and collaboration of 3 local community organisations; Pelicans Hockey Club, Little Discoverers & Little Miracles. As founding Trustees and through our connections to the local community, we had come to realise that there was no such facility in the area that could provide sporting or community facilities to accommodate individuals or families who experienced severe learning difficulties or disability. The Pelicans Hockey Club was founded in December 1920 and took their name from the Pelican that surmounts the King's Lynn town crest tearing its breast.

Little Miracles supports families that have children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions. Too many families in the UK live every day with feelings of isolation, exclusion, judgement, stress and anxiety because the world around us is not set-up to help their children live life to their full potential. For nearly two decades, Little Discoverers has been dedicated to providing early education and therapy for children aged 0-5 with complex developmental difficulties. Our innovative approach, inspired by the Peto Institute in Hungary, enhances physical, communication, and social skills. By partnering with Little Miracles we where able to extends our support to families with children from birth to 25 years old who have additional needs, disabilities, and life-limiting conditions.
Our holistic services foster a non-judgemental environment where every family member receives the support they need. By building a fully accessible, multi- functional, environmentally friendly building in an area effected by deprivation.
