About Us

Little Miracles supports families that have children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions. Too many families in the UK live every day with feelings of isolation, exclusion, judgement, stress and anxiety because the world around us is not set-up to help their children live life to their full potential.

Founded in 2010, Little Miracles exists to help everybody experience the joy that comes with a family. Just like everyone else these children need a place to play, laugh and create friendships. At Little Miracles we provide this environment for children whilst families can access the advice, support and care everyone deserves.

How Little Miracles helps families?

Little Miracles provides a non-judgmental environment to support the needs of any family that has a child with an additional need, disability or life-limiting condition from birth to 25, this includes supporting families before a child is diagnosed.
Our services include:

  • Support
    We provide support to address families questions, worries and fears and ensure that they are receiving everything that they are entitled to.
  • Training
    We offer training to both the parents/carers and the young people to provide the essential skills for them to care for their families and achieve their full potential.
  • Activities
    We provide a variety of accessible and inclusive activities to develop relationships, provide essential respite, and developmental opportunities.
  • Respite
    We tailor respite to meet families’ needs and provide essential breaks for families in order to help them thrive and grow.
  • Safe Spaces
    Our families receive whatever they need in a non-judgmental atmosphere, where everyone can be themselves and have fun.

How can you help?

We are very proud of what we do but know there are thousands of families who we cannot yet reach. Little Miracles’ staff and volunteers rely almost entirely on donations and awards to provide families with the support they need. The donations we receive make such an enormous difference to the lives of the children. Without your help we simply couldn’t be there for the growing number of families who need us be it for respite, counselling, inclusive activities or bereavement care.
